Our Story

Vertical integration at the service of Mexico's aluminum industry. More than suppliers — we are metallurgical partners.

Precision Aluminum,
Puebla Roots

Baux & Co is the commercial brand of BauxTP, a company specializing in the manufacturing and commercialization of aluminum alloys for the Mexican manufacturing industry. We were born from the need to guarantee aluminum inputs with controlled composition for demanding extrusion processes.

Our integration with Transformación Puebla, an aluminum extrusion foundry established in Puebla, gives us a unique advantage: every alloy we formulate is tested under real production conditions before being offered to the market. We don't sell theory — we sell plant-validated alloys.

Secondary aluminum is the heart of our proposition. Through refining and composition control processes, we transform aluminum scrap into alloys with certified purity and mechanical properties, contributing to the circular economy with up to 95% energy savings compared to primary aluminum.

Mission

To provide high-quality aluminum alloys that drive the competitiveness of our customers, with reliable deliveries, precise formulations, and specialized technical service. We are the link connecting aluminum recycling with high-performance manufacturing.

Vision

To be the leading supplier of aluminum alloys in Mexico and Latin America, recognized for our metallurgical quality, innovation in formulations, and commitment to the manufacturing industry and the circular economy.

Our Path

Origins

Integration with Transformación Puebla

Baux & Co was born as the commercial and alloy manufacturing arm of BauxTP, with the mission of supplying quality-controlled raw materials to the Transformación Puebla aluminum extrusion plant in Puebla, Mexico.

Expansion

Alloy catalog development

We expanded our product line to meet automotive sector demand: A356 and 380 alloys for die casting, and 6000-series billets for extrusion. We implemented per-heat spectrometric quality control.

Present

Regional benchmark in secondary alloys

Today we are a trusted supplier for foundries and extruders in central Mexico. Our secondary aluminum refining process with per-batch chemical certification positions us as technology partners to industry.

Vision

National expansion and advanced formulations

We are working on expanding production capacity and developing alloys for high-performance applications in electric mobility and modular construction — the markets of the aluminum future.

Our Values

Precision

Every alloy we produce meets strict chemical composition tolerances. Metallurgical accuracy is not optional — it is our promise.

Integrity

We operate with full transparency. Every certificate of analysis faithfully reflects the actual composition of the delivered product.

Innovation

We invest in developing new formulations and refining processes that anticipate our customers' needs.

Collaboration

We work as partners to our customers, not just suppliers. Their production success is our success metric.

Sustainability

Secondary aluminum is the core of our circular philosophy. We reduce the carbon footprint of the aluminum supply chain.

Excellence

We hold ourselves to the highest standards in process, quality, and service. Mediocrity has no place in our operations.

Our Founding Partner

Transformación Puebla

Transformación Puebla is a foundry specializing in aluminum extrusion located in the state of Puebla. This strategic alliance allows us to develop and validate alloys under real industrial production conditions, ensuring that every product we sell has been tested in the most demanding extrusion processes on the market.

This vertical integration relationship is our greatest competitive advantage: it ensures that our alloys are specifically formulated for high-efficiency extrusion processes, reducing setup times, dross, and plant rejects.
